I don't wanna do it today/tomorrow for Deckchair because I'm liable to fuck it up, but I really wanna try making Choux pastry, and Danish pastry too. I can make profiteroles and éclairs and Paris brest and with Danish pastry I can make raspberry pin-wheels and strudel and hazelnut scrolls and ohh god.
