The real world, essentially, cannot be a lie. The concept of "lies" and "truth" is subjective, and in turn, the way an individual perceives the world is unique to themselves. There is no universal truth, only interpretations. That said, it is impossible to disprove what another person sees. You see a duck, you say it's a duck, and another person will say "that is a dragon," and you really can't dispute that, because how do YOU know whether they see a dragon or not? You don't. How do you know it's not really a dragon, and your duck is an illusion? You don't.
There are no lies as such, just interpretations. We as a species have created lies to meet our own ends.
I want a dragonduck.
