Telstra, PLEASE, do not fuck with my head.

I have a funny little trick I do, so maybe I deserve this.
Every month I get my free automatic credit, varying between $10-$20. I haven't bought credit in forever. I get it because of how many people call me, maybe other Telstra users, I don't know, I'm fuzzy on the details.
That said, when you say to me my Telstra automatic credit of $14.25 has been applied to to my service, tell me I have however much, let me use it to make some texts, continue to tell me I have however much slightly depleted from use, AND THEN tell me I have insufficient credit to send messages or make calls. I can check my balance again. Same as before. You can send me texts saying my Prepaid Balance has fallen below $1, but my balance is $13.36, YOU keep telling me that, so please please please just let me call Eddy and stop fucking around.
